What the heck I spent 150.00, was quoted 140.00, because she needed to put a toner in my hair, I assume because she was trying to get rid of the bleach. Now the front is bleachie blonde and the back is brown? After 2.3/4 hours after she washed my hair, she asked if I was going to want it blow dried.

If there’s a problem you need to go back to the person that messed up your hair! My hair was cut 3 inches shorter then I asked for, I wanted golden highlights I got bleach, the appointment was for a full highlight but she suggested a partial.
